Lost or Stolen Packages

Chrono & Co M is not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier has officially confirmed as delivered but that are subsequently reported as missing or stolen.

Customers experiencing this situation should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, reception areas, mailrooms, or other secure delivery locations.

We may provide available shipment details to assist with the carrier’s investigation.

Customs Fees and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated during checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges.
