Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unworn, unused, include all original tags, and remain in its original packaging. A receipt or other valid proof of purchase will also be required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions explaining how and where the package should be sent.

Products returned without contacting us and receiving prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if your product is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered. This allows us to review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom-made or personalized products; and personal care or beauty products.

We are also unable to accept returns involving hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to return the original item first. After the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Regardless of the return policy stated above, customers whose orders are delivered within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unworn, unused, include its original tags, and remain in the original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

After your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

When approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refunded amount.
